My Ex is supposedly pregnant with my baby. She hates me and hates the fact that I got her pregnant. She doesn't want me to be happy. So she's decided that she doesn't want me to be in the baby's life. She's thinking about it, but it's more toward Hell no. If she says no then what do I do? I'm legally the father. I really want to see my baby when it's born. Can't I take this to court?

Your still in St.Louis yah? If so your going to need a damn good lawyer. Lucky for you Im in mostly St.Louis law lately with my own Family trail. I can give you a few good lawyers names who will help you. But most likely you cant do much on the account she is the one carrying your child. Now you can get joint custody when your 18 but until then your going to have to make due on what the childs mother tihinks. Now if you do go to court and promise to pay full child support you could get vistation rights. Could not saying you will for St.Louis is a bitch when it comes to Family court. But dont do anything drastic until a test to see if you realy are the babys dad. If you aint then your saving yourself a hell of money. =/ But Sirsly. St.Louis family law sucks. File it in..St.Louis dont bother with St.Charles or kirkwood. You will get screwed over big time. >_> Bastards. If you want the Lawyers name just Send me a PM and I will get you the help. I know what this system does to you. So if you want the child you better come pepared.

I was the only person she slept with. We are sure. I turn 18 during the summer and my baby mama will be 16. Can i get custody rights then?

ya dont do anything rash until you're sure its yours. you could try to take it to court (and you should be able to) but you weren't 18 at the time you 'created' this child.
