The first is the better of the two, in my opinion.
I don't really think the stock blends though, on the other hand, the colours match the tag nicely. Not too sure i like the effects you've used behind the stock, i think they look a little sloppy. Good points i like are the colours. They match nicely, and they're nicely blended together. I also like the bright, hazey effect. But mostly i like the text. It's big, and underlined, which normally would destroy the whole tag and overpower the focal point, but because of the colour choice, i think that issue is cancelled out.

Yeah, colors can make or break a tag. Effects were an experiment. I was trying to incorporate different effects. It didn't turn out as well as I had wanted.

The first one the only thing I dislike about it is that the stock is blurry other than that in my opinion it's good. The second one I'm just not feeling it.

Couldn't get a compromise. The stock either came out looking really LQ and grainy because it was a magazine scan on that came out looking kind of like canvas when I scanned it or came out looking really blurry. I thought blurry would be better than a really grainy look. I really liked the stock and didn't want to use a different one though. I guess I'll just get a better quality stock next time.
