Welcome to the Artist's Discussion Thread!

This a thread where you basically discuss anything about tags, wallpapers, CSS, or anything else that has to do with art. You can also place some work of your own, or other artists.

Please no spamming, discussing stuff that doesn't have anything to do with art, bashing at people's work, and PLEASE be respectful when you're discussing a topic.

Inspiration. Thats broad, but I'd have to say I get inspired by people for the most part, and how different attitudes, characteristics, as well as differences make them so unique. Though we can't for sure say we'll be like the guy or girl next to us, all the same it fills us with a certain kind of muse. In my case, some people can bring out my creative outlet, and its been showing a great deal as of late ;)

Wow. I'm glad people came up with this section. Awesome.
I'm personally in favor of the wild, crazy pattern-like designs that have a variety of well-blending colors.
I personally favor them much more than typical grunge, or basic one-stock tags with a light source and some basic color scheme.
Though a mesh of those two worlds is truly something, when I see it.

How many of you use tablets in your art?

I get my inspiration from a person, from a video game, or from anything I like and at the time really love. :]
I got into graphics when I joined another forum and alot of people were making graphics, so I tried it out. Have been working on graphics for 7 months or so. I use GIMP.

I have a tablet but it shit the bucket recently so I need to send it in to have it repaired/them give me a new one.
Thank god it's still covered under warranty.
