THE REQUEST GUIDELINES:

Since we are a Graphics Shop that strives to provide you with the best tags, avatars, wallpapers, and tutorials possible, we need to know what you want in them. The template is as follows:



FOR SIGNATURES, AVATARS, AND GAMER TAGS:

Stock/Render: The bigger the better applies here. If you give us a giant, high quality render or stock to work with, you're going to get a high quality tag. If it's small, do not worry, just make sure it isn't pooty. For example:

POOTY RENDER:





Poor guy! He's faded, washed out, and crudely cut. All of this equals pooty. We do NOT want a pooty Goofy, now do we?

AWESOMESAUCE RENDER:

It's Dipper from Gravity Falls! This paranoid little boy is sharp, cleanly cut, and the colors are vivid. This truth seeking, spelunking, somewhat crazy twin is perfect for use in an awesomesauce tag!

Size:

We accept Avatars that are the following sizes: 100x100, 150x150, and 200x200. For your Signature, you can request anything that's 550x300 and below. The standard size is 400x200.

Text:

What exciting words or witty sayings do you want us to put on your tag? Whether it be fun, simple, complex, raunchy, polite, insane, weird, or just plain, your maximum word limit is three. Any more than that, and our team will have a hard time fitting it all in.

Avatar:

Well, do you want an avatar with your tag? If yes, then just say so in this part of your request.

Colors:

Use this section to tell us what colors you want it to be. If you're not sure, then leave it to us and we'll pick the colors for you.

Other:

This section is just for other things to mention, like, “Dude, make it sexy!”, or, “Can I have one with text and one without?”, or, “Hey! I love you and thanks a lot!”. Or tell us that you want it to look a certain way. We will strive to make it as close to your specifications as possible.

Artist:

This is the section you'll want to use to tell us who the heck you want to make your stuff. I mean, we have to know, right? Though, unlike other shops, we understand that you sometimes just can't decide between two artists at a time. You know what? Now you don't have to. Us taggers here at Madman's are willing to do collaboration tags for you. We'll blend our awesome styles together and churn out a great signature and/or avatar. Though, because two artists will most definitely have different schedules and may not be able to communicate right away, you must give us the time span of a month in order to fulfill a collaboration request.

If it's not a collab, then we will gladly hurry our butts to make the tag or avatar available to you within two weeks.

FOR TUTORIALS:

Here at Madman's, we understand that sometimes you just wanna make your own tag, wanna improve your skills, or just plain want to get into the tagging business and don't know where to start.

Well, if you have Photoshop/GIMP and are willing to learn, Madman's is offering personal requests to make you your own signature tutorial.

Sharing it or not sharing it with the world is up to you. We'll cater it to how advanced you are, what colors you want it, and what render you want us to use. We'll give you the C4D's, the tips, tricks for special techniques, and whatever else you want us to fit in. And it doesn't just have to be a signature tutorial. YOU MUST GIVE US TWO MONTHS TO FINISH YOUR TUTORIAL REQUEST.

We also offer tutorials for simpler things such as smudging, blending, lighting, render placement, etc....

Do you want us to teach you how to make an entire set? Just ask and we'll add in a small avatar tutorial, too!

Skill Level:

This is the most important part of your request! You must tell us how hard you want the tutorial to be. These are the different levels:

Total Beginner: This means that you have little to no skills/experience in tag making and need a tutorial that explains everything down to the very last detail. A total beginner tut also will show you where things are in the Photoshop/GIMP menus and windows that you need to make the tag.

Novice: This means you know a little bit of Photoshop/GIMP and have made a tag before, but you're not very experienced. We'll give you reminders on the harder parts and help you out with everything but the bare basics.

Intermediate: This means you know Photoshop/GIMP pretty well and have done quite a few tags already. We'll give you a detailed rundown of the process of how to make the tag, but you are expected to know where mostly everything is and how do the basics.

Advanced: This means you know your way around PS/GIMP well and have made many tags before, but still want to follow a process. We'll tell what to do and when, but you should know everything else.

Which one of us will be making your tutorial? Remember to refer to the artist's section at the bottom of the page in order to make sure you're requesting a tut from the right person! Some of us use Photoshop, while others use GIMP. If you have GIMP and not PS, or vice versa, then you'll want to request a tut from an artist that uses your same program.

From those that requested something from me when I worked with Spiral Dreams, you know I also work very fast. We're pretty speedy workers. :)
And yes, ticky tacky is amazing to have! But don't feel obligated to pay us, if you don't want to. BUT, it's nice, just saiyan.....

Ugh. I keep forgetting you use Photoshop. I would have to kind of translate. My biggest issue is getting my clipping masks to work properly. If you could make a short tutorial just on what it looks like when the clipping masks work, that would be fantastic. I can do it in gimp, it's just multi stepped, and when I get the actual mask I am unsure how to get it do what you do. Or something. I want to make my own style, but I still have so many techniques to learn :/
