Well defintely do an update right away since the system is so much better now than it was on launch day. Other than the games Schmoopy mentioned (though i think you should hold out on Warhawk since there's no tutorial, so it shouldn't be the first game you get) get Uncharted, Call of Duty 4, Motorstorm, and of course that one game with that old guy with that reptile name with the June 12, Metal something.

Oblivion is also a very great game, possibly one of the best RPG titles for a while.

I would expect the opposite. I guess people really don't care about extra content now adays. That's true in my case as well. Its really too much money.

Yeah, for MGS4. I would love to have the LE but my funds are low. My dad agreed to buy it (MGS4 regular) for a summer game but my sister just blew like 800 dollars for her prom. >:

Well Elder Scrolls is really the only good RPG game for the PS3. All the other best games are shooters. I been waiting for a good RPG and still waiting.
