Well the update was already preformed on my PS3 by my dad while i was on vacation last week and by the looks there arent any problems. I do wonder though how do you get the trophies and what trophies are out there?

As of now, only Super Stardust HD has trophies. Some games, like Warhawk and Burnout, are getting patches for them.

Well that pretty much reassures me that the trophies was just a useless add-in. I do love the in-game XMB though.

^You see the whole menu but you really can only check out your friendlist, send messages, and see trophies. No patches have been released yet for In-game music. Oh and 2.41 is out, its the same as 2.4 but won't kill you PS3.

This is probably old but...

Two new camos for MGS4. The Laughing Octopus and Raging Raven camos which when equipped either A. Making the enemies laugh hysterically or go into a Rage when they see you. Also if you haven't played MGO in a while (like me) new Team Sneaking Mode.

I'm curious as to when we'll be able to play as Raiden on MGO, he's in the shadows as one of the later downloadable characters so i guess it's just the waiting game now :/

Johnny and Meryl will be available soon though from what i hear...

You'll actually use it more than you'd think.

I can't play a game like Halo or Dead Rising (sorry for the MS references) without music.

From your first post, you sounded sarcastic, but I'm glad we agree.

Music really does=life. I can't play on my computer without it, it seems. The only time I don't have it would be in a RPG, where I care about the story, or a different game, where I want to hear stuff (like Alone in the Dark or RE4, or something).

I don't keep music stored on my PS3 anymore, ever since that dreadful day... so I just listen to the music on my laptop and call it a day.
