As far as I know, it isn't. I think the PS3 Headset is wireless and Blu tooth, and the PS2 one isn't. Don't quote me on this though.

It was mentioned a long time ago, probably two years back (maybe more). Although it seems to be speculated. Naughty Dog did release minor information on the title, but that was it. We don't know if it was a joke or just some perk to get us anticipated for what Naughty Dog had in store for us. We really don't even know what type of game it will be.

IGN: Jak and Daxter's Lost Frontier

I think I remember Naughty Dog, in an interview about Uncharted's Success, speak about the possibility of new Jak title. But it was minor I think.
