I *might* be able to do Thursday, if I'm not playing the DoD: Source Beta with some friends/hanging out with my girlfriend. Saturday night I can most likely do too.

We really should try to organize something weekly, or bi-weekly, at least during the summer. Like Destructoid's Friday Night Fights only... On a much smaller scale.
