whoa this game looks like it would be cool!! Although not as much now, I used to like pokemon, still a lil now....it just sucks that I dont have a ds......do ya think it would be worth it??? Are there any other good games is more the question I wanna ask.....

Man I'm sorry you couldn't even convince me to buy this game especially a new system over half the pokemon are Pre-evolved and Evolved now tell me that isn't running out of ideas the last time Nintendo had a good idea about this game when they release Ruby and Sapphire and that's about it the old pokemon actually seem more unique then the new ones which to me is quite sad I'd rather have legendary birds then a pokemon that looks like a money(Dexoys) that thing scares the crap out of me everytime I look at it

And, Mr. Nintendo, how do you know? Have you seen all the pokemon they have yet to show? When Gold and Silver came out, some of the ONLY pokemon they released before it came out were Magby, Elekid, and Pichu. Yet those were only 3 out of the 100 new pokemon, which 99% were NOT pre-evolutions or evolutions.

Lol. you have no right to say anything, you haven't even seen all the pokemon they have in store, we don't know how many areas the game will have, whether it will have more than 100 new pokemon, whether you will be able to go to the past 3 areas (hoenn, kanto, and johto) or lots of others stuff.

Uh in case you didn't notice, with every pokemon game, more legendary pokemon are released. So why are you complaining, again? When D&P come out, there will most probably be way more legendary pokemon, including the exclusive Lucario.

About Deoxys...he's a DNA genetic pokemon, that's why he looks weird. He's an alien, a DNA genetic pokemon that came from a comet that hit earth. He can transform into different forms.

Of course, i heard rumors of ideas they were tHINKING of incorporating, such as visiting other areas, 3 combined pokemon types, owning a gym at the end of the game, or perhaps even fusing pokemon. Those are just ideas though.

Pokemon is the reason the gameboy exists....it will rock the DS...period. Major major major seller <_< i wanna run to the store and pre-order these babies right now

I will actually say you're quite right about that. Only because when Ruby and Sapphire Gold/Sliver came out 99.9% of the pokemon were new on both games but, once the other one's began to follow it was nothing but, mini upgrades to the game already and, for the same price it sold for at first which basically you might as well say these games are nothing but patches just like PC game patches which is quite sad.

I still own an original gameboy. Again, don't base your knowledge on impressions that don't exist. Pokemon was one of the most successful games for the gameboy, many game reviewers such as GameSpot, IGN, and of course myself, believe that the success of Pokemon is what really pushed everyone into wanting a gameboy. (That's what made me want to get one).

Actually not true either, Pokemon FR and LG scored a 9/10 at IGN, and Emerald scored an 8/10. Not bad for GBA RPG's, don't you think?

Plus they sold millions, and i was one of the people that reserved them.

They already have a Jap/English version out on EMU. It kinda sucks. At least the one I have,idk they could be different. I get screen hosted real quick, but the Diamond that I ahve on EMU, you like call the pokemon on a cell phone(kinda gay).

I really don't care what IGN, Gamespot, G4TV, EGM, etc. gave a Pokemon game. All I said was after Ruby the rest were nothing but mini upgrades. Yes, Fire Red was an upgrade for the Red Version but not by alot 9 new islands so.

Alot of people didn't buy GB's just based off of Pokemon either yeah maybe 55% were brought. Because of that game but other games were on there before Pokemon. (Tetris anyone) That game is even more popular than Pokemon dude.

I dont care what anyone says, but I think pokemon will always be awesome....so what if theres a few pre evolutions, their just a few!!! There will be alot more too!!
I would look forward to them if I had a ds....

and the legendary pokemon are always cool....sumthin I like about new versions of pokemon are to see the rare pokemon that comes along with it....

plus this game looks like it will be a good rpg with crisp nice graphics...

Diamond and Pearl are not an upgrade, they take place in a totally new town, with many many new pokemon, new characters. Not an upgrade.

it's called statistics, the fact that Pokemon is one of the largest selling GB/GBA franchises on the market

The fact that they made a special Pokemon themed gameboy, the fact that they made so many succesful games. I don't see any mario-themed gameboys.
