After reading through that link The Hero's Hat posted (I think, it was SaiyansIsland), they said somewhere that the game should cover part 1 of One Piece, and then cover some stuff after the time skip. Why they would make a huge jump like that just after part 1 though, don't ask me

According to this, Sabaody Archipelago is the last level of the story, and it's after Marineford. Which means the last thing you do is return from the time skip. That's a perfectly good spot for a game to end on if you ask me.

That sounds great to me, Then down the line they could pick up a sequal if they wanted, and if not then it at least had a decent ending

Oh god 3:40+ is amazing.

Well it's certainly reassuring to see that every character plays different. I just hope the gameplay is satisfying and doesn't wind up being a hack and slash. The boss battles are pretty interesting and faithful to the series.

If this makes it stateside, I hope that they keep the Japanese voice actors and add subtitles. If it doesn't, does anyone know if someone other than Funimation dubs One Piece in Europe? I don't think be able to stand an alternate dub.
