Patch notes are out. Saw the Morgana spell vamp nerf coming from a mile away. More lifesteal/spellvamp nerfs to come. I'm expecting Ahri, Nasus, or even Sion to be next.

EDIT: Just noticed they nerfed Mundo as well. That's probably the only nerf I didn't see coming.

While most of the patch seems alright, this is perhaps my main worry:

All spells attempted to be cast while crowd controlled (stunned, snared, etc) will now cast immediately at the end of the effect

i especially love those people who hide in brush while laning, never moving, and you know they are there but after five minutes you are not sure anymore because you haven't seen them... you've called the mia but they are still nowhere to be seen, then you hesitate around the brush, thinking of going there, but you know that if they are there and you go they will burst you down, and it's the most intense battle of the minds ever until one of you breaks

or you go back and buy a ward, ofc
