Playing with my new character on Master Level after completing the main quest on my other file. So far, he hasn't been ran over yet. I would never play DID (Dead is Dead) though.

Ok guys, I have an interesting question, i've looked online but i cant really find an answer.

So I married Onmund, a mage from the college. I decked him out in full elven armor etc. So he and I are exploring this place called Blackreach, part of the storyline. Anyways its quite dark and theres some falmer running around. He starts attacking them and i just say whatever and continue to the waypoint thinking he'll just follow. So i get so engrossed in the storyline that i don't realize he's not following me until i've already left the place.
I just say oh well and go on with my life thinking he's dead. I hire another person (Mercutio) with no problem, so Onmund must be dead. However I decided i want to marry him but when i wear the amulet of Mara nothing happens...
I read somewhere that when your spouse dies a courier comes consoling you and gives you some money. But i dunno if its true. So basically i need to know how to either
1. Locate onmund (ive already tried retracing my steps)
or 2. marry Mercutio, cause i cant figure it out.

Please help!

There isn't going to be an easy way to find onmund, if he's dead you'll just have to search around blackreach until you find him. He might not necessarily be on the path you took, he could have wandered off on his own so he could really be anywhere down there. It's also possible that he's still alive somewhere, If you have a house and he's moved in with you, check back in a couple days in-game. If you don't have a house, check back wherever you usually meet him.

As for marrying someone else, I'm pretty sure you can't. You can only marry one person, if they die that's it.

That's true. I've tried looking around but its so dark that in most places i can only see a few feet around me with the candlelight spell, plus the place is huge. I've checked my home multiple times. So i guess he's dead. But i thought they only die if you land the final blow?
I dunno. I kinda sucks that i can't remarry :/ he wasn't much of a looker to begin with.

So has anyone tried marrying the Whiterun Houes carl Lydia? I went to the templae of Mara, talked to the priest, am wearing the amulet and am the thane of whiterun but I don't get the proposal option.Help would be appreciated.

Pretty sure you can only marry NPC's where you helped them do a quest. Lydia just follows you around, so you probably can't marry her.

Plus Aela > Lydia anyway~
