Australia's Club Nintendo doesn't have many items at all.
I only registered, but I've got enough Star Points to buy a crapload.

If you join Club Nintendo America you can register your games and consoles and they give you "coins" to spend on goodies on the website. If you are using the European or Australian website you get stars instead of coins.
