You're forgetting AC:R has yet to be released. This code thing is fairly new so lets see how it fairs with third party games.
The whole story was pretty much poorly written. I feel like they rushed it and left out crucial information. A lot of scenes were deleted from the demos, which is fine, but those scenes were very in depth and added to the story.
One thing that REALLY bothers me is what they did in competitive. I don't know if any of you played the beta version (not the Subway promotion, the original beta) but in it, before each match there was a short cinematic that sort of "set the stage." I liked those. They made the competitive feel relative to the story and real. Is it something they're working on, something they've scrapped, or is it only on certain maps?
The twist in U1 was definitely unexpected and I feel it was done very nicely, but the twist in U2 was VERY predictable. I'm just glad they strayed away from these "humanoid" twists and latched onto something more surreal and, at least to me, scarier.
By the way, who else was 100% sure that in Chapter 22, Sully was really Talbot? My God was that scene fantastic. The one where Drake and Sully split up and when he turns around he sees Talbot. I was like "I KNEW IT" and then Sully comes in like a hero. Fantastic. That's a nice twist.
It's in the box, on the back of the instruction manual. No way you're getting that. I'm sure you can always buy one off the internet for a cheap price.
Well, Sony is only doing it with their 1st party titles, and unless Ubisoft does it independently, and history shows they won't.Originally Posted by Virus

Hey guys, check out what I just found, it was something I had completely forgotten about:
Source: Charlie Cutter - Uncharted Wiki - The Uncharted encyclopedia that anyone can editThe Tarot card tucked into Charlie's jacket (found by Chloe) after he breaks his leg is quite significant, although it was never elaborated upon. Tarot cards are a popular form of divination often associated with the occult. The card found upon Charlie was "The Tower," which can represent many things, but is typically viewed as a bad omen symbolic of chaos, disruption, and events beyond one's control. It can be assumed that Cutter was meant to die at Marlowe's hands, but the fact that he fell from a towering height (just like the image on the card) can also be seen as a literal interpretation of his preordained fate. Marlowe's previous statement "... as if it were in the cards all along" also alludes to the fact that Charlie's fate was already chosen for him.
It pains me that there's so much behind this game that they failed to touch upon. It had such great potential.

OUTRO

well... I could always take the game into the corner of the store... lol
and I'm pretty sure it's easy to take a few of the ps2 games when they're in the slip cases in a giant ass container far from the checkout counter

lol I think Virus was trying to be Sully for a second.

sully is the Indy's Father of Uncharted...
Wow, just finished Uncharted 2 and I'm asking myself why I didn't buy it earlier, the game is sooo good, it improves every aspect of the first game imo. And the multiplayer, I thought it would be meh, like fun in the beginning but quick to get boring, couldn't be more wrong. This multiplayer is fun and addictive to say the least. Looking forward to 3 when I'm able to buy it.
