MGS4, Ninja Gaiden 2, (although it's not a game) another Rock Band guitar or a converter for the 360 through a usb cord, Too Human, Mass Effect (maybe PC), KotOR1 (PC), Castlevania: OoE, SMT: whatever (DS).

That's about it. . .GTA4 if my parents are ever NOT nazis. . .

Battlefield: Bad Company - 360 (mainly for the multiplayer. I doubt it'll trump COD 4, but it'll still be good)
S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Clear Sky - PC
Street Fighter 2 HD Turbo Remix - XBLA (I'm shit at fighting games, but I've always loved Street Fighter 2. And now that Akuma's a selectable character, it's that much more appealing)
Operation Darkness - 360 (Nazis? Werewolves?! Tactical RPG!? AWESOME!)
Guitar Hero: Aerosmith - 360 (Unsure if I'm going to buy it or not. 40 songs isn't really worth full price, but at the same time, I love GH and Aerosmith)
Soul Calibur IV - 360 (I've played all the others and loved them, so why not? Still pissed that I can't play as Vader, though :()
Highlander - 360
Political Machine 2008 - PC (I'm not really one for Politics, but this sounds fun, and it is bargin priced)

That's just up until the start of September. There's a bunch more I want in September, but that's not part of the Summer, so...
