It's quite a good game.
If you like the Action-Adventure genre, then you should buy Okami, because it's one of the best games of that genre.

It's freaking beautiful for one, the characters are all new. D: Like...all of them are something new to talk to. Even the merchants have something to say, making the world just THAT much bigger.

You have an attack where you can poop bombs and pee on the enemies that are actually really useful and not just a silly ploy for you to keep playing. It makes it easier for items and whatnot.

You find yourself just exploring sometimes because the world is, again, huge.

Hell, the game makes running around in circles pretty.
And, like I said before, it made me actually cry tears of happiness at the end.
D: HAPPY TEARS. Even when I restored the tree saplings I was happy for the world and then I realized "Wait...this never actually happened... ._. aww..."

It's a solid game with only a few glitches like standing on top of banners...and the glitch makes sense. If you only have two paws on the banner after jumping to the next one, it's kind of obvious a wolf without thumbs is going to fall.

The Wii does seem that it would add to the fun with the whole motion sensor thing.

Not as much as you'd might think, the Wiibrushing doesn't make it feel like a brush at all, rather that of a scribbly biro which loses the authenticity quick, and the combat is rather clunky and hit and miss.

Personally i'd get the PS2 version out of the two, but that;s just me
