That would of saved my butt, but its MUCH more satisfying beating a boss after so many trial and errors. Right now beating The Fear in MGS3 and Crying Wolf on The Boss Extreme while going for the BBE are my most satisfying momments in gaming.

It's worth it. I'm alittle dissapointed at my time mainly because I was pretty sure I was going to get less than 3 hours, or at least alittle over 3 hours, but the non-skippable cutscenes screwed me over :/
Still I got it in decent time and now I'm going for the Chicken Emblem while going for the other small ones as well. It's fun messing with Milita Soldiers and mowing them down with the Patriot.

lol, yeah. Anyway, nice job. Right now, I am thinking of doing to BBE or at least starting today. I am not sure if first I should try to beat my old record (which is 4:30:12) meaning that I would want to do it in less than 4 hours. Or should I try do a crazy time and do it less than 3 hours.

I just recently got around to beating MGS4. I loved it so much that I wanted to go buy the earlier versions of it. But it turns out that my PS3 ISN'T BACKWARDS COMPATIBLE, AND I NO LONGER HAVE MY PS2!!!

Shit yeah. Finally got my hands on the Essential Collection. Playing MGS2 right now. I forgot about how insanely long the cutscenes get during the Big Shell chapter.

And uh, I still don't get why people dislike Raiden. I feel he's a pretty solid character and MGS2 confirms that for me.

Because people were expecting to play as Solid Snake in MGS2 for the entire game, seeing as he was the main character in MGS1 but after the Big Shell it turns out you have to play as some unknown character called Raiden.
I personally didn't have a problem with it considering I hadn't played MGS when i started MGS2 (it was a gift from my cousins on Christmas).

It's not the fact that they don't like his character they just didn't like the fact they had to play with him when you're expecting to be someone else for most of the game.
Funny thing is in MGS4 when everyone actually wants to play as Raiden after seeing a lot of the kickass stuff you see him do in the trailers and cutscenes it turns out you can't play with him haha.

Oh You Kojima.

Yeah, Kojima made Raiden so badass because almost nobody liked playing as him in MGS2.

I just played Mgs2 and Raiden is ok but he is so badass in MGS4 i want to play as him but you can't kojima is so backwards, but i heard rumors that you can unlock Raiden in MGO and play as him with the sword.

Hell my cousin refuses to buy MGS4 because Raiden is in it.

That is understandable.

The other reason why people don't like Raiden is he's pretty much been built up to be the next Gray Fox. Of course there's no comparison but still.

Raiden was an okay character he just doesn't need to play the lead (hints MGS2). At least Kojima is giving players the option of playing as Raiden in the new MGO downloadable content.

Radien was an ok guy but I seriously laughed at Kojima's sense of humor when he made players play Radien, no liked playing as Radien, Kojima makes Raiden epic, no one plays as epic Radien. The irony.
I always saw a type of Gray Fox Generation through out the games, with Frank being the first, Olga the second, and now Raiden.

What's surprising about Raiden is that Kojima loved the character and was extremely angry when everyone disliked him and I really don't think he was a bad character I think his supporting characters sucked aka Rose my god was she annoying.
