Honestly, I wouldn't. I found The Boss to be too preachy and uninteresting; other than The End and possibly The Sorrow, I have no interest in the rest of the Cobra Unit.
Hope you realize that those games were directed by Shinta Nojiri, not Kojima.

The briefing files in Peacewalker kind gives a lot more information on The Boss's life. I'm glad Kojima's original idea for MGS5 was canceled because it really isn't needed. What I want is a game explaining Solid's life as a disciple under Big Boss, showing their relationship and how Snake got his ideals.
SPOILERS!!!!!
Also, I've beaten the true final boss in Peacewalker, and found the ending kinda lackluster. They could've gone into more detail about the whole Cipher and Zero thing, plus Paz's role as a spy, but since they didn't I hardly understood it. And Kaz's random 'lol i knew the whole time but now we got money' kinda made me mad as well.
Looking forward to MGS4 which I'll prolly get in September.
^Going by that notion, I think they should just remake Metal Gear 1 & 2, but give it more plot substance so that it describes Solid Snake's upbringing throughout the 70s-80s. There's a huge time gap, and the psp games really don't help to close it because they're still so close to the MGS 3 time period.

Cipher is Major Zero's iteration of the Boss' will before it got infested with AI (aka the Patriots). They could've gone into more detail about the whole Cipher and Zero thing,
I just think she was there for the sake of having a character like her and giving the plot a twist. Other than that, I'm sure we'll see her in a near future, seeing as how it's not the first time a female character goes away and reappears in a future game *coughEvacough*.plus Paz's role as a spy,
Yeah, given we didn't actually see her die personally, as rule by Metal Gear, she'll return.

Anybody know which mission is best for finding a soldier with an S in running speed.
EDIT: Went ahead and ordered MGS4. With the 3ds xl coming out in august, I figure I'll wait till then to play KH3D. By then I should have beaten MGS4

We MIGHT be getting a Cobra Unit game in a near future (and it looks like we won't play as a pregnant Boss, lol). There are always rumors about Metal Gear 5, and though I'm not going to ask about that, my question is, have you ever considered making a story that just focuses on the Cobra Unit from Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater?
So, I think I did explain this before in a past interview, but after Metal Gear Solid 4, I did have a plan to make a game that focused on the Cobra Unit. It would focus on the young cobra unit as they stormed the beach of Normandy and that whole story, but, you know, I couldn't take that story and give it to the team because there's a little too much pressure, and the younger guys didn't feel like they could do it properly. That's why it became Rising instead. Personally, I really do like that [Cobra Unit] storyline. So, because the staff said, "No we can't handle that," it became a spin-off.

Metal Gear Solid 4 Gets Trophy Support; New Announcements Coming at August Event -- Andriasang.com
Is It Too Late To Add Trophies To Metal Gear Solid 4? | Siliconera
I guess I will hold off on my playthrough that I literally just started! That's great, I wont even have to play through twice to get most of them. Can't believe it actually happened, though.Metal Gear Solid 4 will get a Trophy patch, according to an interview with Hideo Kojima in this week's Famitsu. The magazine does not reveal a date for the patch, but MGS4 is scheduled to receive a budget release in in August, so the timing could coincide with that.
The interview also reveals that Konami will hold a Metal Gear Solid 25th Anniversary Event on August 30 at Tokyo Midtown (the office complex that houses Konami's main office). There will be some sort of announcement at the this event, Kojima reveals in the interview. This announcement is apparently related to the vision he's previously shared about a game that connects people. Peace Walker's "Transfarring" component served as a test for this vision.
Unlike today's other Famitsu reports, which came from our usual sources, we're not totally sure of the source for this particular report, but we should have confirmation later in the day.

I think it's too late to add trophies. I've already gotten everything in MGS4 100% (Including emblems) I really don't look forward to doing that again.
A mosaic of KH pictures. Blur your eyes a little, you'll see it better.

I love MGS4 to death, but the fact that MGO went offline last month makes me think that this is too late.

Just keeps getting better and better. Hopefully this comes with the trophy patch for us non JP players.Trophies aren't the only surprise feature Konami is readying for Metal Gear Solid 4. The game's new PS3 the Best budget version will also feature support for full data install. This means that rather than having the game install data at the start of each chapter, which is how the game currently works, you can opt to have the game do a full install at the start of play, and have no more installations for the rest of the game. A listing at Konami Style for the budget version mentions both the Trophy support, which we first heard of via Famitsu yesterday, and the full install support, which wasn't mentioned in Famitsu's article.
The Konami Style listing says that the Trophy functionality will be offered as a patch to current users. It does not say this about the full install support. It's possible that the listing is just being vague about the patch, so we'll have to wait for Konami to make an official announcement.
The Konami Style listing says that the updated PS3 the Best budget version will be released in early August, priced ¥3,990 MSRP.
So wait, how will this work? Will you need to rebeat the game to get the trophies?
