They're all good, but in different situations. That's why I kind of like using PT from time to time, since they're pretty versatile. I'd say Ivysaur's the most enjoyable to use, though.

squirtle is fast in the sense that his moves tend to come out the fastest, oddly enought charizard is actually the fastest out of the three, he's tied with pikachu for 7th fastest running speed

ivysaur can be tricky to use, he can rack up damge fast and alot of his smashes are really powerful, his range and the fact that he is the only one of the three pokemon that has a projectile makes him good for opponents you want to keep at a distance

squirtle has the best air game out of all three, he's a f*ckin beast in the air. his moves come out fast but he is the slowest of the three pokemon on the ground. Squirtle is best usee against fighters who prefer airgame and characters that like to fight close range since squirtles moves come out so quick

charizardis the heaviest and fastest but alot of his moves have lag like his forward and downsmash. his forward smash can be devastating if used with correct timing as long as you remember it moves you a bit forward. flamethrower is good at getting damage up and rock smash has alot of hit boxes. charizard also has two mid-air jumps and since he is the heaviest he can survive longer than the other two. oh and also he has good knock back for most of his attacks

Charizard is fast because he can FLY.
