Can someone tell me how to locate the code I would need to give someone for online play?

There's no such thing as a "brawl number". Just your friend code.

Then how come people have in their sigs, "Wii:*Numbers*" and then "Brawl: *Numbers*"

Because we're specifying that the code is for Brawl.

also they have their wii numbers in their sig so if someone wants to send a custom stage, picture ,or replay to another person.

OK how come I see a different brawl code and a different wii code? I found my wii code. how do I find my Brawl FC?

Conect to wifi, easy as that. If it's your first time, it'll show you. If not, go to your friend roster, it'll be up top
