The delay makes me teary-eyed too. Yeah, the character entrances are awesome. I didn't like the announcer's name either. Hopefully in Brawl you can choose which announcer you want. (like in Dragonball Z BT 2 where you could choose different characters to be the announcer) That's not a new stage. It's the Yoshi's Island stage that was announced awhile ago. The seasonal effects were pretty sweet. I also liked the idea that you have to attack the final smash "ball" to get the final smash. | |

| Kuro no Keiyakusha | I kinda thought that it was Yoshi's Island. The seasonal change threw me off a bit. |

| Been there, destroyed that. | Now you see what you guys did. You get what you want, Sonic the Hedgehog, and now they expect something so they make the game come out AFTER the holiday season. I think SSBB is a bigger title than Galaxy, but that's just my opinion. |

| veckatimest | ...Where did Nintendo say they were delaying it because of Sonic? You think that within the two months they announced Brawl to be launched on December 3rd, and todays delay, that they decided to squeeze in Sonic? He's been a long talked-about and planned subject. You don't know what you're talking about :/ |

| Kuro no Keiyakusha | That's because it is. The extra wait had better be worth it :/ |

| veckatimest | Because what is? They are probably ironing out the online details. Sakurai seemed unsure of himself when he posted the Wi-Fi play blog. Besides, they're only getting a month extra. >_> |

Brawl Movies - Super Smash Bros. Brawl Videos - Super Smash Bros. Brawl Trailers ------------------- Biggest shock of the day, only the Classic Controller and Wiimote-sideways controllers were able to be used as Brawls control scheme, but every hands on preview I've read so far has everyone hailing the Sideways Wiiremote as the best control scheme of the two. I mildly expected this, seeing as I play Super Smash bros 64 on my computer with a keyboard (Which would have almost the exact same set-up), but this is great news to those who scoffed at the Wiimote-sideways control method, though it may just be trumped by the classic Gamecube and new Wiimore+Nunchuck set-up Good new also comes that Brawl's controls, as hinted at a previous update, are COMPLETELY customizable. Also, character color changing confirmed, no alternate costumes. Except, Link you can actually fight as Dark Link and be completely Black like he was in OoT. I found out the different between Sonic's multiple 'spin' attack. Down+B charges and stays on the ground (Think Jigglypuff's rollout attack) and you can change it's direction while on the ground. Side+B doesn't need to be charged and only shoots forward in a short burst, if it makes contact Sonic shoots up into the air for an aerial strike. Neutral-B is a homing-in attack, tap B and Sonic will roll into a ball and home in on the nearest enemy and strike them with multiple hits similar to Samus' up+B And, just like I hoped, Metroid Assist Trophy was confirmed, it homes in on the nearest enemy and sucks on their head for damage xD Last edited by TheMuffinMan; October 12th, 2007 at 05:21 AM. |
