Im very srry to hear this. i hope ur family are alright. the other sads part its that he never got the chance to play Kh2. probably hes playing right now up there =D before we got the chance to play it

If this is all true, then I have great sympathy for you and I wish your family the best. The only thing that makes me have any doubt is this:

he has a major brain tumor

I've never heard of a car accident giving someone a brain tumor. I even tried to look it up but didn't find anything. The main definition for a tumor is "An abnormal growth of tissue resulting from uncontrolled, progressive multiplication of cells and serving no physiological function; a neoplasm." Now, that alone could prove it false, becuase that would have meant that he had the tumor before hand. But then there was a second definition " A swollen part; a swelling.". If it is all true, that I'm guessing that would have been what they were refurring to, a swollen/swelling part of the brain.

Perhaps a major tumor could have been the result of swelling in a major head injury?

I just got off the phone with one of his friends right now, some of his friends came by to see him earlier because I called them to check up on him since I have no ride to the hospital. And he still hasn't woke up he has a major brain tumor and they were talking to him and he started shaking and stuff, so while I was on the phone I asked one of them to see if that was okay and the doctor said it was a good thing because that means he's responding to peoples voices. but theres still a chance he might not make it though he hasn't moved since then. anywayz that's the update I'll find out how he's doing myself tomorrow morning.

Yeah, that is a bit odd. First you put that his gf isn't taking it well, now you're saying that you still havn't told her. It just isn'realistic. I find it a bit odd that she still doesn't know. This thread was created, what, at least a week ago? I'm sure I'd start getting curious if I didn't know the wherabouts of my gf.

Seriously, if this is all an act to get you and shuggy some attention, you should quite while you're ahead.
