Yes I stole this thread idea from gaf, but I thought it'd be interesting.

I have a bunch of these.

Let's see, last night my friend was singing Amazing Grace quietly while my circle of friends and I were all laughing and talking. He's a terrible singer, so I jokingly said "Jon, I love you, but you can stop now."

The room got all quiet, and so did he, and he looked very serious.

I'm guessing he took it personally. >.> oops

Also, last year someone wished me Happy Birthday and I said "you too" back to them out loud. :x

Ohhhhh and I'll never forget this.

In 8th grade I jokingly replied to someone asking where something was by saying "It's right thurr" like Chingy's song Right Thurr.

Everyone stopped and looked at me and teased/laughed at me.

I didn't realize why until I figured out that I was essentially talking like a "gangsta" when I was the whitest kid in the room.

Also, I sometimes repeat myself or ask the same questions in idle chit-chat because I'm not paying attention.

e.g.:
Me: Hey how are you doing?
Them: Im fine, how are you?
Me: Im good, and yourself?

EDIT: Oh yeah, commented on a girl's picture on Facebook last year, saying I thought she was pregnant.
She wasn't.

It was very awkward.

We haven't spoken since.

We were going around the room reading the chapter from the book.
I had spaced out, and when it got to me, I started to look for which paragraph the class was on.
The teacher called my name, trying to get my attention.
For some reason, I thought he had told me the first word of the paragraph I was supposed to read.
I started to say my name over and over, loudly, looking for it in on the page.
Then I stopped, realizing that it was my name he had said, not the first word of the paragraph.
Everyone thought I was a retard.

This isn't something I said but something I did.

The one that always comes into my mind is when I was in 5th grade. I was walking to school one day, I was next to the school fence and I wanted to throw my backpack to the other side so I didn't have to carry it for a little while (it was heavy.) Not realizing it, I threw my backpack over the fence and it hit this girl that was in my class and my backpack landed right on her head and she began to cry, the worst part is that it was in front of her father. I saw her dad rushing towards her to comfort her and then he just stared at me with this furious look, which made me almost shit myself out of fear. After that, I said sorry to her like a million times. I was also so scared of her father that I started taking the long way to school and would avoid the place where he drops her off.

Also one time, right when I moved to my new house, my friends came over to my house and I told them about my neighbor and how hot she is. Me thinking that she wasn't home, I blurted out "man I'll tear her apart" and my friend replied "who? the neighbor?" and was like "yea." The reason he asked who because he saw her come outside a few seconds before I said that line. They started laughing when I realized she came outside.

Sometimes when I see people I mention something to my friends about them, but without knowing how loud I say it.
For example: One time I was being dropped off at school and a new kid who was extremely flaming was standing outside. My mom whispered "Wow that's quite the sight." I replied "Oh yeah, that's the new gay kid." He turned his head. He had heard me.

Or another time my math teacher was walking down the hall. He has something wrong with him that his eyes and head twitch often. I said o my friends "Hey look, it's Mr.Twitchy." He heard me as well.
