Stressified. x.X

So very stressed...

Also have been diagnosed with an acute anxiety attack today, but it felt like I had the damn flu. x.X

Now I must breathe in... and breathe out. Think of happy little bunnies in tiny crashing planes.

Anyone else been stressified?

Wow. I have only felt really stressed once in my life. I don't know what you have to do to keep from getting stressed. Maybe its a genetic thing? Maybe its attitude?

for me, karate helps stress. I dont know why. I just think about karate and only karate, and I get realy into it. I forget about everything else.

I get streesed almost everyday and to help me calm down and stuff like that i normally punch the wall..

Excercise does help stress.
