That right there would have made my day. Instead it depresses me. Also DK needed more love and I would have gladly welcomed Dixie as a character.

Those are the returning as per the ISO list.

For music, I'm reading that there are at least 196 tracks, going by the number on the sound test. For comparison, Melee had 40-50 or so.

EDIT: Okay, now they're saying that there are 287 songs. That is tits.

The link Dogen posted finally loaded, and I got two-thirds of what I wanted:

Most likely, that Custom Robo will be Ray (hopefully his Ray 01 incarnation) and seeing as how his name in the Japanese version of Golden Sun is Robin, this adds to Isaac's confirmation as an Assist. Now to see them both in action.

Though sadly, no Midna ;~; I guess she's too busy fixing the Bridge of Eldin to lend a helping hand.

Garden is the Kirby Dreamland stage with the Tree blowing
Greens is the Yoshi stage with the slanted hill on the right
"Yorster" is the DK stage from Melee with the Hut and the 2 platforms sitting on a river

Well Geno would never actually have been able to be "added" as a model without Square-Enix's permission. If the rumor is true, Nintendo probably just had plans to put him in and designed the game around him being sure that they would get permission or something.
Even if he was and they retracted him, the point is they tried to wipe evidence of him ever being in the game lest legal issues ensue. So they probably wouldn't leave any evidence of him being in there anyway.

Also, the ISO list says Toon Sheik...not Toon Tetra.
I'm assuming they meant Toon Tetra though....Toon Sheik doesn't exist. Lol.

Although seeing Sheik in chibi WW form would be ADORABLE.

Stage: Mt. Coronet.
Players: Pikachu, Jigglypuff, Pokemon Trainer, Lucario.
Items: Pokeball - (HIGH)

That's six-Pokemon+ ramping through the stage.

I saw a rumor awhile back that said once you unlock all songs in Brawl you could upload AAC songs from your SD chip and play them in the background. Anyone know if this is still true or not?

It would have been nice seeing Dixie Kong in, and I know a lot of people missed Roy. Toon Zelda would have been something odd.

I thought of R.O.B as an oddball at first, but we need him. Ness, Mr. Game & Watch, R.O.B. The oddballs of their generations.

Technically, that would only be four Pokemon at the very least on stage, since all three of Trainers Pokemon can't be on stage.

Did any of you realize...that if Sakurai actually left their incomplete information in the ISO of the game...it might be possible through some hacking to retrieve pics of their models...and in extremely hopeful thinking....hacked gameplay?

Hacked gameplay is nearly a for sure fail, though pictures has a slightly higher possibility. I don't see any of them happening, but wishful thinking never hurt anyone.

Also, IGN thinks SSBB < Mario Galaxy and Metroid Prime 3.
And they think the SSE sucks.

Guess that's why I don't like them.
