Also, I never said that Jigglypuff or Kirby sucked. They are just harder characters to use than Captain Falcon, Link, etc...

For me Roy and MArth are hard for me to control. There faster than most players. From my experience most people ive played (including people from other states) suck with marth and roy

hmmm......... I wonder why you said Link. I would consider him as one of cheapest players in the game. A lot of my friend use him cause you can control him better than most characters and also the fact that hes from The Legend of Zelda Series and also cause of cheap up-b attack. That really pisses me off

I'm pretty good with Roy, but I'm not all that great with Marth. I think my best character is probably Donkey Kong. We all know Donkey Kong packs some power in his punches, but alliteration aside, some people believe that he's quite slow. I think that Donkey Kong's only as slow as the player controlling him. If you know how to control him, he can be as fast as you want him to be.

Well, like you said, they're n00bs, and Kirby's stone transformation is a very damaging yet cheap attack. Therefore, Kirby's stone transformation is a haven attack for n00bs.

(I'm assuming you mean when people jump up and turn into stone to fall on you. Ya know, as opposed to them just turning into stone and sitting there.)

1 funny game, however, 2 advanced people were dead and me and 1 advanced were left in Hyrule. So I absorbed him, jumped off a cliff, spit him out, and floated to safety. IT WAS THE COLEST WIN EVER.

Kirby's stone move is easily dodgeable, and it makes him vulnerable to grabs.

Yeah, but kirby's stone move is alot of help when someone has the hammer :D

Yes, it can be. But if they catch you near the start of it, you'll revert while the hammer's still going, and you'll most likely get nailed.

Link is a cheap character. That up-B attack could be the cheapest move on the game. All you have to do is position yourself so that whenever your opponent tries to get back on the platform, you can launch them off screen over and over again using that move.

Yeah, it's not like anyone else can sit at the edge and use powerful moves to knock people back out. Oh wait...they can. Just look at Roy, Bowser, Donkey Kong, and Gannondorf.

Ah, if only they were able to edge-camp as effectively. But, you need a quick, nearly to the point of unblockability, powerful and far-reaching attack, and as far as I know only Link fulfill those criteria.

*sighs tiredly* My friend's little sister kept doing that to us, because she couldn't win any other way. But we threatened to ban her from the Gamecube if she kept doing it.

Other than that, I can't believe there's someone out there who's good with Kirby o_o It's like being good at Jigglypuff of the Ice Climbers. It's not easy beating a level nine Link with Ice Climbers, though it's cool how the AI one will run around looking for items while you do the fighting (or vice versa).

Here's a couple questions for y'all to think on:

One. Does anyone have and inforce "sportsmanship rules"? Like, you have to let someone back on the edge... no ingesting someone and jumping off the cliff... no using Yoshi's eggs to trap people so they fall off the edge... (but Freezie-ing someone off the edge is different, because oftentimes it's accidental anyway). Or is anything and everything allowed?

Two. Anyone have more than one character they've mastered? For me, if Sheik is taken (though she hardly ever is, if I'm playing with my usual crowd of friends), I can still do well with Fox or Young Link.

My brothers good with jigglypuff, actually every character come to think of it. He pwns me sometimes, I cant help to think the last time i beat him. So There is alot of people who is very good with kirby, so its not amazing. What i think:

You think kirby sucks so bad you were amazed to that the fact some people are good with kirby. or

You just flat out hate kirby either cause of his apperence or something or the fact that you cant use him.
