I'm guessing that the magic option will either fade or flicker before it completely disappears.

Nomura did state that the battle system will be like Chain of Memories. Perhaps this is what he was talking about?

So, there is no MP bar, magic fades away after a certain time limit.

I'm guessing that you can cycle through moves using the L and R buttons and use X to use them?

No, Land R I think are for camera, obviously the D-Pad

And like you'll have Attack and you use the right side of the D-Pad to get to your more complicated attacks or somethin..
