lol, u just summerized the known plot of Coded ;P. They don't know how the hell it got in there, so they go back in order to find out when it was written.

the jornral has nothing to do with coded.... it's after KH2!!!!!! so they have their memories back and everyhting is normal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The reason TT wasn't in KH2 was because there was no need for it. Since all the worlds were restored there was nobody there.

KH: Coded takes place after KH2.

where does it state that traverse town only existed in kh1 (as far as i know it does'nt) but maybe in kh2 they just did'nt need to goto traverse town?

If i'm not mistaken, Traverse Town existed as a place for people whose worlds were destroyed by the heartless went to, and seeing as how all the worlds were restored after defeating Ansem, Traverse Town no longer exists. Correct me if I got something wrong.

I believe that to be correct as well. You all are missing my point. I already know it happens after kh2, that's not the debate. The debate is where did his original journal come from since it was erased in CoM? (and BTW, in KH2, you find out that the only thing in his journal to start is "Thank Namine", so no, it didn't just come back and namine definitely didn't add it either as they never see each other after CoM besides the end of KH2)

Edit: BTW kingdom911, go read some news articles or nomura interviews about coded, then come back to this thread. Don't post random crap about something you know nothing about.

For all we know, when he said "There's only one sentence", he meant there was only one other sentence after what he had written down about Kingdom Hearts I. After all, it didn't look like he was on the first page to me... looked more like he was already halfway through the book. So, it stands to reason that Namine restored the journal when she restored all their memories.

I really doubt that, as "there's only one sentence" is pretty clear. Also, namine has power over memories, not books last I checked. How would she be able to completely recreate a journal? Maybe the same way she erased it, assuming she did, but I doubt that. Another thing, with books and stuff in games and cartoons, you couldn't really show that it was on the first page, seems to me like the artists took some liberty with where its physical location is. BTW, didn't the gang ask jiminy to look into his journal to see why they were sleeping, when he then said "There's only one sentence. Thank Namine"?

no,they were looking at the journel b/c they wanted to find out what had happened to them and why would he mention the one sentance instead of telling them what they asked him to look up???. Plus they didn't remember Axle when he talked to them in KH2
