Terra=DS

Well I never really do theorys so don't flame me if this one sucks. Okay anwho here it goes:

I personelly believe that the DS is somehow related to Terra or vice-versa. Nomura said this about Terra:

- Terra and Malificent are working together, Terra's smile is hinting to a connection but Nomura won't say what.

So we know that Terra and Malifcent are working together. Plus we know that Terra is related to Riku, so one can assume that Terra will do the same events that Riku did in kh1. So first I believe Malifcent slowly tricks Terra by telling him lies, and tricks him into working with her. Terra agrees. Now what was the main purpose of Riku in kh1? To collect the POH, and find Kiari (Aqua). Later Malifcent (I think it was Malifcent) gives Riku a dark suit that looks EXCATLEY to the one the DS wears.

Now I know what your about to say "well VAT was fighting the DS and MX in the Secret Ending!" But maybe this is Terra's Replica? In the various screen-shots we see Terra slowly turning to the Dark Side. From the Fatal Mode attack he does, to the evil grin he gives Malifcent. Let me warn you, I have play COM but I haven't played it for about 4 years and even then the story didn't really click with me (as in I didn't get some parts).

Now if I remember correctley Riku Replica was created from the darkness inside of him and basically engulfed him, in return creating a Replica of him. So perhaps this is what happens to Terra he gets so deep into the darkness it engulfs him and creates a replica of Terra. This creates a huge advantage for MX, he basically gets his own lackey. So like I said in the begining and end of this theory, I believe that Terra is the DS is some form or way.

A Terra replica? I'm not saying it's impossible, but I am saying that it's a really lame plot twist. Just because it happened with Riku doesn't mean it'll happen to Terra.

malificent didn't gave riku the power of the darkness. only the power to controll the heartless. xehanorths heartless gave riku the power of darkness.

well, the piece of terra has created DS sounds good, but he isn't him. how can DS and terra fight in one scene? the only thing that can is what you said. DS is terra's hatered (a little different how you said it...)

i agree with PostMentalFerocity, not so much you, rpg master... riku replica was made from vexen, and the same happening to Terra would really suck, cause basically it would be playing a game about riku, but with Terra...

But give the writing staff some credit dude. Terra isn't an emo little bitch who's crawling in his skin because his wounds won't heal. Terra is an adult, so more than likely he's smarter than Riku. I think he knows not to get too involved with Maleficent.

And how do you know that he's collecting them for Maleficent? Just because they work together doesn't mean he works for her. Why do people assume Terra's doing evil things because he's seen with Maleficent?

The signs don't really point to anything yet. You're just jumping to a conclusion based on someone else's relationship with Maleficent. See, the thing about prequels is they set what happens later into motion. Maleficent might not even be after the final door at this point in time. There's no heartless to command so, how can she know about the heart of worlds?

Exactly what I was thinking. Maybe Terra is just going with her in order to do his job and he is using her. This may result in Malificents introduction and curiousity about Kingdom Hearts because I reaaaaaaaaaaaaalllllllllllllly doubt that Terra is Malificents pond as he already has a duty to forfill with his master.

And no, all signs do not point to it. Remember the FM+ SE? Sure, it was concept, but we can't just dimiss what we see in it as not true. DS was clearly seperate from Terra during the sequence.

I agree with some of ur theories ^-^. DS could be Terra's Replica, maybe MX create it from his darkness..?
I think u mean Dark Riku not Riku Replica,isn't it? Coz Riku Replica is created by Vexen , and Dark Riku is created from darkness...if i'm not mistaken.

<.< I'm still hoping for Terra Replica to be true. Any way you look at it, it's really not much different than Terra+MX=Xehanort. Both are things which happened to Riku (who is connected to Terra), and both are possibilities. The only difference is that the possession one has more evidence. Which might be why people like that and not this one, but whatever.
