I know you think so, but I still think its very likely Terra. A shadow is distorted, so its hard to prove anything from it. It's more important to look at the atmosphere and situation.

His chest belt things? I don't know.

The way I think of it, if we saw only Ven's shadow, could we determine it was Ven? Maybe, but I don't think it'd be easy. Either way, for now we won't know for sure~

I'm still convinced it isn't Terra. The shadow can't be distorted THAT much to make him look like he has sleeves and a saggy boob (the little lump on the shadows left side).

Just because we haven't seen Aqua aka Mysterious character, doesn't mean they're not friends. They work under the same master after all, so they might as well have some sort of acquaintance. Even in the KH2FM+ secret ending, you see Aqua save Ven from becoming icicles on the ground.

Although that secret ending was a concept it still has relevance on the characters

The shoulder are aligned, flat in the shadow and knowing the armor on Terra It sticks out at the top. In no way does it have any proportion of Terra
