How to Play 358/2 Days

my problem is the part of hitting the x button in a battle and dying and did anyone notice that there isnt a shortcut menu? that means we have to go up and down the menu to use those shortcuts

This is only kind of INSANELY EXCITING. Just look at all the info we're getting now, and this is before Jump Festa. Just imagine what kind of amazement we'll get DURING and after JF. Woo! Can't wait to hear how the demo was.

Now I'm kinda wishing I had the DS to play 358/2. It is going to be a tough decision now to of which game and handheld to buy. Damn.

Neogaf posted up an image from Square-Enix of the controls for 358/2 Days. And, yes, the bottom screen has some use. xD;

You can see it over here! It looks like they took how you play KH on a console and put it on a DS. Sounds niftyyyyy. [AND THERE'S GLIDE TOO. YAYYYY!]

The commands are:
L: Move camera left
R: Move camera right
Press L or R twice: camera resets behind player
L+R: Lockon
D-pad: control character
X: scroll through command list (attack, magic, item)
A: perform command
B: Jump, double tap for double jump, press with direction after jumping once to air slide
Y: Reflect Guard, press with direction for dodge roll, after jumping press with direction to glide
Start: pause

And, the characters you can play as in the demo are Roxas, Axel, Saix, and Xigbar.[/size]

It awesome.... but i don't have a DS... uhh.

wow... that actually looks pretty simplistic. yup, i should be able to find my way around the controls quite nicely when i get the game. i don't see why nomura was makign a fuss. he always finds a way around his "problems." i'm glad i have a DS now!! but i still want a PSP for BBS... *sulks*
