that would ruin everything and everyone is getting old and it will be years when KH3 comes out and all the original fans of KH will not have time to play it anymore
i love Kingdom hearts and everything but i hate waiting for games to come out

Kingdom Hearts needs to end. It can't go on forever really...
How many more games would they need to make before everyone would be like "okay, now end my series so that it doesn't sell out"
I really don't know where they can go after the next main platform installment really... I mean yeah, they could keep making games to keep raking in cash, but would anyone really enjoy it? Yeah it's a fun little series to play, but in my opinion KH2 was inferior to KH 1. Gameplay was easier, and Sora was more uber, flying around and doing insane combos, when in the first game he was only doing basic sword techs as far as I remember... I dunno. Series needs to end, and needs to end on a high point. If you need your Kingdom Hearts fix after that, there will be millions of KH fan art for centuries to come all over the internet with every pairing imaginable... i'm so sick of it -.-

Having three as the ending would be perfect timing. Just when people are starting to get weary of the storyline...they go out with a bang (a la KH3). They could do a NEW series where they have KH characters as optional bosses (like Seph and Es/Terra), but dragging it out like that would make the whole KH concept lose some of it's luster.

Don't get me wrong, I love the games, but I think KH3 as the ending would do more good for KH than bad.

And, don't even think of KH4 now. This thread was a crack idea.

Wow,the three new games have no release dates yet and people already think about KH4??

QFT. I feel your pain. v.v; I absolutely hate the mass amounts of pointless, illogical pairings.

And as for Kh continuing. I'd still play it if it kept going, but thats probably because i'm like. A super hardcore fan of the game. *shrugs* I mean. Like i've said a lot before, I think it SHOULD end at 3 to end up Sora's story and all that. But I mean. If they kept making the games and made them good, I don't see any real problem of it still going. Given, I don't mean FF style and making like 13 more games, but hey. If it went on for a couple more, I wouldn't mind it.

And P.S. i went online and i got info which said Star Wars is going to have 3 more movies which makes them go to 9 movies and i read what its about but they aren't coming out until 2011

AMEN. If they can find a creative way to further the storyline, I'm all for a 4th. but for now, 3 seems like a good stopping point. Creating a KH4 would be like FFX-3: A way to milk the fans of a great franchise for all their money.

i'm more than happy for a kh4 to come out, but at the rate kingdom hearts is being released, it probably won't be out till i'm in my mid 20's. But i'm more than happy if they continue with the series. I only buy the game for the disney part, not the original story (don't get me wrong i enjoy it). It doesn't even have to be about sora anymore anyway by 4.

I agree with probably majority of everyone on this thread. KH3 should and most likely will be the end of our beloved KH. : ( makes me sad just thinking about.

If KHIV came along, I doubt it would have a storyline powerful enough to carry fans along with it. It's entirely possible that when/if KHIII is released, Nomura can pull off a good storyline + new ideas, worlds, characters, etc., but at some point, the beloved series has to come to an end.

Oh my god! Why? We don't even have BBS and others. Also KH3 has not even been confirmed! Plus that if they decided to make a 4 it would be over 10 years from now! Also i think it should end at 3!
