My hopes are for FF characters from Final Fantasy 1-6. I only have Final Fantasy 3 from that era, so any character from that game would be appreciated.

^Yeah, lol. I wanna see how he died. I mean, Hades resurrected him in KH1, so he must have been dead. And he didnt die in the FF7 story, and since this game is in the past, it would be interesting to find out what happened.

Cloud was dead in KH1. He signed a contract with Hades that will release him from the Underworld, but in return, Cloud must defeat Sora. The thing is, Cloud never died in the FF7s so I wanna know what killed him.

Cloud was not dead. Cloud was searching for a light he lost (Tifa?) and Hades agreed to help if Cloud got rid of Hercules.

I could've sworn he was searching for Sephiroth in order to destroy his darkness. i thought they even explained that in KH2/KH1FM.

I think he was searching for both. =/ After the battle with Cerberus, Cloud tells Sora that he is searching for his light (which I now assume if Tifa). Sora says he is too (meaning Kairi). In Final Mix, however, Cloud finds and fights Sephiroth, so maybe he was searching for both.

he's not search for his light he says he couldn't find the light which would mean he was lost in darkness just a representation of him falling of the path of good basically.

Cloud: I’m looking for someone. Hades promised to help. I tried to exploit the
power of darkness, but it backfired. (stands up) I fell into darkness, and
couldn’t find the light.

Sora: You’ll find it. I’m searching, too.

Cloud: For your light? Don’t lose sight of it.

Cloud gave Sora something.

Sora: How about a rematch sometime? Fair and square, no dark powers involved.

Cloud: I think I’ll pass.

I doubt that because when Tifa finds him he seems rather distant towards her, I think he was referring to Aerith since he at least confronts her unlike Tifa in KH2. With the whole darkness thing his is trying to destroy it to gain his light per se.

@Koji: Cloud doesn't have to be dead in order to be working with Hades you know, Hades just offered to give Cloud what he was looking for if he destroyed Herc. As much as I want him dead I doubt he died before KH1.

Edit: I want Zack in the game, I don't care if he is in teenage form I want to see him and maybe someone not from FFVII like Rinoa?
