Unless the DS is Axel's other and Axel is in his 30's and he became a nobody before the Organization, which is impossible because they created the heartless effectively creating nobodies, it is unlikely for Axel's other to be friends with Ven. They'd have to be about the same age, plus Ven and Roxas are two different people.
