What interview did he explicitly state the she was not Aqua? I read where he specifically said it is NOT Namine and it IS a new character. I just want to know if you can present this interview.

I think that the reason that Number XIV doesn't have a tombstone is that she was kept a secret (hence the name not changing). I'm not sure why they would keep her a secret, but I think it might be because she can do something very important.

Nomura stated that the XIV member is not namine, he never mention about Aqua.. Whether or not she lost her heart during battle , we still dunno yet.
Xemnas never change the name of Org XIII into Org XIV , maybe he does not take XIV member as a member seriously.

True. Never was it said that Aqua wasn't the XIVth. In fact, who else could it be really? I mean. She's the most likely choice. Unless its a brand new character. And besides. We haven't heard any news of Aqua. Her being the XIV'th member is quite likely.
