Rep Power: 2 ![]() | Why would you want KH to be rated T? Why does everybody want a more violent, mature game? I don't understand how that's appealing to anyone... Quote:

| [The End of Everything] | I really don't care whether or not the game is going to be rated T or not, I will still buy it and play it. And if it is rated T, then I can't wait to see what the developers have added to the game to make it T. That being said: I guess that the reason a lot of people want to see the game rated T is because they have matured, and they believe the game should mature along with them. I suppose that by now, the 100 acre wood and musicals in Atlantica are insulting, I guess, to one's age. That is understandable. I guess by now, some of us, including me, are a little tired of searching for the torn pages to go and play with Pooh Bear (but I admit, I do like the minigames) Well, what did you think you were getting into when you bought KH? I mean, the commercials sure weren't misleading or anything. Did you see them and go, "OMG!! Donald and Goofy! They are such bada**es! I have to go buy that game, it's gonna be hardcore!" No. I didn't think so. (and if you did, kudos to you) I thought this game was going to be the most immature thing on the planet when it first came out, and my friend had to make an argument that would make any debater proud for me to buy it. And you know something? I thought that it was one of the best games ever b/c of the seamless mixture of Disney's childishness and whimsy and FF's seriousness and gameplay and a great storyline. So you have to take into consideration the fact that Disney is a huge factor in this game. If Disney thinks that something is inappropriate, then it isn't going to go in the game. I mean, Disney is the posterchild for innocence and such, so you can't expect anything too out there. However, I wouldn't be surprised if the game got rated T. I mean, in KH2, the fighting style and system was more mature than in KH, so I wouldn't be surprised if that trend continued in the next game. Plus, Disney might be a little more lax on any restrictions that might hinder the "maturity" of the game. I mean, they released Pirates of the Caribbean 3, which was way darker than the first 2 movies of the series. If Disney can show a movie that *spoiler* that shows a really depressing hanging in the beginning, great fight scenes throughout the movie, and admits that (omg) there really is such a thing as sex, then who knows what Disney might let slide. But come on, there isn't going to be any Mortal Kombat kind of blood and gore in the game! And if there was that kind of stuff, like excessive cursing and stuff like that, then it would suck because it would have ruined the integrity of the game. But regardless of rating, remember that you bought a game that was rated E and had Disney characters on the cover and still though it was great, or else you wouldn't be on this forum. |

| Everything Will Be Alright | I think that it will go in reverse. KH3 will be rated EC, or Early Childhood. Not what I want, but it will happen. |
