Yeah never heard of Mushroom KH unless you talking about KH and Mario mix. Then no its completely untrue.

It was a weird joke spoofy thing in a magazine a while ago. And that was all it was haha. Very well done though. Search around, you'll find a scan in no time ^^.

Electronic Gaming Monthly made Mushroom Kingdom Hearts as there April Fool's joke. It was a mix between Mario and Kingdom Hearts.
