so i think it goes....

I would assume Kingdom Hearts: Birth By Sleep was 9-10 years before Kingdom Hearts began because Terra saw the kid versions of Sora and Riku, playing in the ocean, so we already know that Kairi was not present on the Island at the time, so it was way before Xehanort shipped Kairi to Destiny's Island.

Kingdom Hearts: 358/2 days is after Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories in my opinion. The reason why is because

-The ending scene of KH Re:CoM is shown. Sora is seen sleeping in order to regain his memory.
-Words appear:
"The other side is returning to Sora to sleep."
"Whenever crossing, the mind comes back."

I believe this story leads up to the events of Roxas leaving the Organization.

Kingdom Hearts: Coded is directly after the events of Kingdom Hearts 2. Basically Jiminy Cricket just returned home after the reunion in Destiny's Island with Sora, Riku, Kairi, Mickey, Donald, and Goofy. Obviously this title is of major importance because of the contexts of his Jiminy's journal. After Jiminy arrived back to Disney's Castle, he opened his Journal and saw a few things that he had not remember putting down after looking over his completed journal.

Jiminy calls Mickey over to look over it, and that's where the next adventure begins. Mickey digitized the contexts of the journal and jump inside to discover what that phrase meant. Mickey than looks for Sora, as he is the only one who could fine out that secret. So a lot of weird things are going on. Basically I think Sora is being controlled by Mickey through the events of the Original Kingdom Hearts title in the hopes of discovering the Secret behind that phrase, so basically some debugging is required and some tampering and sampling of data which was stored in Jiminy's Journal is to be assumed.

"Flow of time."
"The secret is solved."
"The world extends."

These were quotes from the Coded trailer, perhaps the Flow of time could mean that our main cast of characters are aging and time is going by steadily. The Secret is solved could mean that Mickey discovered what that phrase meant after going through the digitized journal and is going for Sora, Riku, and Kairi's help in response to it. So maybe that's why the letter was sent to Sora during the ending of Kingdom hearts 2. The worlds extends could mean that the worlds in the realm of light are now one, thus, the world itself extends in size...

i c what you say...see i thought 358/2 would be the first 358 days of Roxas' days as a nobody....from his birth(when Sora saves kairi in hollow bastion) to being kidnapped by riku 7 days before kh2 started....so i think 358/2 happens during KH1 and all of CoM.....so im putting it between KH1 and CoM
