Similar to the other sticky threads, this is for general discussion for Kingdom Hearts Coded. Quick question/answer, etc. Of course, your still free to make individual threads for anything.

The only thing making coded the least appealing at this point is that we may not get it at all, what do you think about that?

So, who thinks this will actually have relevance to the story?

Not me, really. =/

I mean, so far only the Playstation ones have been huge, COM failed, but with three new ones I expect SOMETHING. One of them is BBS. I doubt much new info will come from 358/2, and Coded..bleh, Japanese phones.

How exactly was CoM not significant? In fact, without CoM, KH2 makes absolutely no sense. CoM not only introduced the real Xemnas, introduced Namien, the ORganization, delved deeper into the importance of Riku's inner darkness, etc etc, it established all the themes and motives in KH2.

I'm pretty sure KH Coded is what Mickey's letter is all about.

358/2 Days is basically Roxas' story during the year he is allowed to live (while Sora is asleep) so obviously, it will have a lot of importance, especially for those interested in the Organization.

Birth by Sleep is a prequel and I'm sure that as well will tie things together.

Yeah, but the letter Pluto held in the end of Kingdom Hearts was never explained. Unless they are the same letter. Then it seems more logical. And Coded might reveal plot points for KHIII. Out of all the SE mobile games, Coded has the biggest chance of a NA release.

I think that it won't get release, I don't think that it will sell well. Even if it did come I don't have a cell phone and if I did I won't get it.

Actually, out of all the games, Coded has the LEAST chance.

Birth By Sleep and 358/2 are surely coming though.

Seriouesly, I bet this game will be even worse, gameplay-wise, than CoM was (and it was excruciatingly boring, until you got to play as Riku). But I bet it'll definetly have some importance story wise, which is why we'll need people in Japan to play it and give us the info. See, I bet it has a lot to do with Mickey's letter at the end of KH2. I however am still wondering how they send things across the oceans of different planets...*sigh*. Anyway, I bet we'll learn some things that we didn't know about stuff that happened during KH1. Like how Riku got that Souleater, and where he met Maleficent, and...where Kairi was before she...whatever it was she did. And where Mickey was exactly during all this.

I think the storyline will be mindbendingly bizarro, yet totally relevant. Gameplay.. absolutely NAFF. I seriously think this should be ported or at least extended.. When there is a KH3 this should serve as a prologue, or at least a cutscene.. You know, Mickey explaining things instead of having to play through some weird.. thing. It's not that difficult to explain going to a digital world and learning of something in a video game. To a real life person maybe it would be, but this is KH!

Oh, there is no doubt that such will eventually happen. KH is way too popular.

That true some people did put frst kh cell phone game on youtube but not many.
