i wonder why mickey is holding the star seeker in kingdom hearts: coded. wasn't he holding it in birth by sleep? coded does take place after kingdom hearts ii right but how come mickey is holding star seeker?

Maybe since he is in a data world of past, he has the past keyblade, he got IKK only during KH1, not before...

Yes, but he got the IKK only near the end of his travel in it I guess... And it looks like at beggining he was in Traverse Town.

You mean KH1? If i'm not mistaken, Goofy and Donald did say Mickey been in Traverse Town before they arrive.

Well, maybe, i don't really remember... But in a scan mickey looks like saying to Sora he was here in Traverse Town when Sora arrived.. This game sounds like they try to re write KH1...

No. It seems more like Pluto does what Mickey wants him to, i.e. deliver letters at the beginning of KH1 and end of KH1/start of COM... Also, remember he found Kairi in KH2. Mickey wasn't there. He was hanging around lookin for AtW....
I think Pluto's just a support character that really just pops up everywhere to continue the story... but he probably does follow Mickey from time to time, just not all the time.

Why King Mickey wears different attire and wields the Star Seeker in Coded isn't something to be easily speculated as the Mickey we see in the scans is real. Not a data copy like Sora.

Pluto is sometime more mysterious than Xehanort XD He follow Mickey sometime... Sometime he does others thing... How Pluto travelled from Traverse Town to Castle oblivion's world, then to Destiny Island is... i guess "disney's magic" is only explanation...

I have read a Mickey's comic some time ago, in which Mickey ended in a weird world... One effect of this world was that Pluto spoke like human. They could maybe take this concept in KH, and Pluto would speak. Like in Pride Land, but well XD

He was with Donald and Goofy, but he got separated and decided to just wander off by himself.
