Ok, besides the fact that if I want to play this, I'll have to invest in a DS, (which I probably will anyway, becuase of some of the games), I am super-psyched for this game now. I only read the first 2 pages, but people said you'd only play as four characters, because the rest would basically be dead...
But if you think about it, Roxas comes into being when Sora stabs his own heart to free Kairi in Hollow Bastion, within Kingdom Hearts 1.(Sorry if that's a spoiler to anybody, but I'm assuming you've all beaten KH1 at least once.)
As stated in KH2, when a person loses their heart, both a heartless and a nobody are created. Sora became a heartless, which means Roxas also came into being. So if this adventure takes place around there, my belief is that we'll be able to play as most of Organization XIII until that 358/2 Days starts intertwining with Chain of Memories, which, going by when Kairi comes back and Roxas becomes a being, should be halfway through the game, since KH1 ends and Sora, Donald and Goofy run down the long road, which is revealed to run to Caslte Oblivion in the start of Chain of Memories.
By this logic, I think all the Organization Members will be playable up to a certain point.
And who knows? Maybe they will create a Multiplayer mode where you can do challenges and battle each other where you can play as anybody you want.

Well, 358/2 Days is supposed to come out in Japan some time this summer. We don't know the exact date and Square has yet announce when it will be released anywhere else. *sigh*

Ultima, you're half-correct. It has been announced that not only will there be a Multi-player mode, but ALL thirteen members are playable characters in that mode. In single mode you can only play as Roxas, and as of right now, we do not know if the 14th member will be playable in mulitplayer. But everyone else has been confirmed.

I kinda hope it'll work the same as KH1 and 2. Like the setup and everything. When playing with friends it could probably be an individual battle system with your team members' health bars on the screen, and when they're in trouble, they will flash and you have an option to use an item on them or use magic to heal them.

Hey, this is kinda out there, but what if we have to fight ORG XIII's heartless as one of the missions? I kinda have a dialouge in my head for if it happens.
