Why I doubt Terra and Xehanort are the Same

I think riku/Ansem's theory is better than yours. And the who says that those translations (Xemnas saying "old friend to Aqua/her armor) are right?

Edit: Oh forgot to mention. Where did Ven's heart go? It went to Sora and held there, asleep. Ven Is not awakened until Sora releases him as his nobody. This would explain why Roxas has a heart, and why roxas and ven look exactly alike.

That fact that roxas could feel things and blaa blaa is already explained. He had feeling 'cause the way that sora became a heartless.

I dont know who Xehanort is, but I'm pretty sure that he and Terra arent same guy.

Nice theory vat 13 i never thought of thgat before it's a great theory nice job which might explain why he hates Xeahnort but that would mean the old guy is Xeahnort which makes no sense because he's calling their teacher Xeahot What the He_ _ I am confused care to explain more/expand a little if so thank you ver much.

U.E.M. look like a friend? lol no. But theres the whole "Xehanort's avenger" thing and he also says he hates Xehanort. Until somebody gives me the romanji of what was used to translate to "avenger", Im working with what I have here.
As for xemnas saying friend, Im pretty sure they're right. I looked up what he said in a japanese dictionary "Tomo" which can also be "tomodachi" which means friend. But just In case, I look up tomo and it says "companion; follower; friend; companion; pal"

Theres a reason Ven and Roxas look almost exactly alike. I just came up with one.

Terra and Xehanort? C'mon. Look at Terra, and then look at the Xehanort we know. Then look at Xemnas. They all look alike. Theres a reason for that. They just dont have charas look-alike and not be connected in some way. :/

I believe there is some connection between xehanort and terra but when sora defeats terra, he states all he has left is his hate for xehanort. How can he be xehanort yet still hate himself?

Also terra's name is assoicated earth like riku's name which leads me to believe he may have a connection with riku.

Er, it's "Terra". And he's the Lingering Spirit/Enigmatic Soldier boss. You know. His name was recently confirmed in a promotional video displayed in the SE Party( at least I think that's where).

In any case...I personally doubt Terra is Xehanort. Sure, they look alike, but come on.

Okay, speculation time. Maybe the title "Master Xehanort's Avenger" is taken to mean that Terra was used, forced to "avenge" something by Xehanort, and that's why he hates him.

It'd establish a connection with Riku, at any rate, since both have a passionate loathing of Xehanort, because they were used.

Just a thought...

No, Roxas and Ven are not the same person but they are connected to each other. I really think that Roxas has Ven's heart. More explination for this? *points to thories in sig*

Same with Terra, Xehanort, and the bald guy. Personally, I dont think they would have characters look a like in the same game for mere coincidence. There has to be a reason behind it. If not, then Nomura is unoriginal with his characters.

Nomura: I can't give any specifics about that. He may just resemble him, and if there is a connection, Sora may be related too. What I can say right now is that these mysteries are all connected to the story.

Nomura never gave exact confirmation that Ven has a connection to Roxas other than looking like him. So he may or may not be.

While it may be true that Terra and Xehanort may have a connection, but I doubt they are somewhat the same person.

And your telling me that he would only remember that one name out of the tons of names he knew before.... riiiiiiiiiight and even if this were possibly correct why would he name himself after the one he hates so much....Terra could have just givin himself random name like YOSHI or something XD
And wouldn't it be kinda strange for a good guy to develope this strange obsession with hearts and darkness and become Evil..... yeah....
so now we are caught between 3 different people who may be Xehanort
1) Terra (which I don't think he is really but hey there is some proof that he MIGHT be)
2) U.E.M (He seems like he would be, because of the whole ZOMG MUST OPEN KH!!! thing, because Xehanort's heartless and Xehanort's nobody both wanted to open KH for a reason)
3) The Dark Soldier (I have no idea why people just seem to think so for some reason, I really have absolutely no idea who this guy is, he's sexy though XD JK)

It's obvious that Terra has his memories when you fight him. He knew his friends' names, He knew the name of the person he hated, ect.

I think that Xehanort and Terra might have some form of relationship at most. But I highly doubt they are the same.

Yes, and aside from that, the scientist sterotype, clothes(huge duh), same evil look. I'd say he's the best runner...

I don't either....Mainly because of the fact that the DS is simply a replica that the UEM made of himself and transformed differently. Call me crazy, but for some reason I see the DS being like the full form of Xehanort's Heartless' Guardian.

Yeah. It's well thought out, just doesn't have enough stuff to help back it up like other theories do.
