I was wondering if its true that kairi and riku in kh3 are kind of like donald and goofy. Are riku and kairi your main party members in kh3?

theres a thread somewhere like this but thats okay. i dont think they'll break apart the Sora Donald Goofy trio, but i think they might have Riku and Kairi as switchable players since they both have Keyblades.

I bet SE is ganna make some story where Kiari, Mickey and RIku are somehow seperated from Sora and Sora is supposed to find them... Which means Goofy and Donald are back in the game, nothing bad against goofy, cuz goofy is tha best

I also think that they are going to break up the trio of Sora, Donald, and Goofy because they probably think its time for a slight character change but who knows for sure because nothing has been confirmed.

i doubt that you will have both inplace of the others but it would be cool! since kairi did get a keyblade...somehow...

Ya i want that trio to help Sora in the game.

Usually in KH the trio is made up of three people. The mage, the physical person, and the person that uses both techniques. Saying this, Riku would be the physical fighter, Kiari would be the mage and Sora would use both techniques. Hmm... imagine Kiari blasting someone with magic...

Oh and with this theory^ i conclude that the FS is a mage, BHS would be the Physical Fighter, and ES could use both.

Goofy would also be a physical fighter

well if there are all new charcters in kh3 what about having sora riku and kairi as sort of secret playable characters
