jack didn't die, thats why their making a 3rd movie, to go find him. and besides, what would the storyline in POTC be about if they put a 2nd instalment in?? and im not trying to flame you or anything.

I think it's actually very likely that Port Royal will make another appearance... and since, somewhere between the first and second game, the team decided to stop being a little original with the stories (¬_¬ *grumbles*) and instead copied them out of the movies as cookie-cutterish as they possibly can (... >_> alright, alright, I'll stop whining)... well, just suffice it to say, it'd be a little difficult to end Port Royal's plotline on the note of 'We think Jack's dead, but wait, no, he's not really dead, and now we're going off to find him, but hey, sorry Sora, you can't come, and you can never find out how it worked out.' Or, something to that effect. I think that if they put PR in KH3, they'd have to include the story line of the third as well, just to finish out that plot line.

Honestly, it'd kind've suck if they just stopped at the point where the second movie ends, for the mere reason that that was where the movie ended.

I don't think so. They just could'nt make a POTC3 wothout Jack. And just in case I'm right and he did'nt die(You never know) Maybe since you visit each world twice, the first visit to POTC world would be based off of Dead Man's Chest, and the second visit would be based off of At Wold's End. By the time KH3 is made, they would probably have enough space with the seventh generation consoles to make it that big.

When Port Royal comes back the first thing to do is greatly expand it. Have Tortuga, Port Royal(the town itself needs expanding), the black pearl, the flying dutchman, the island were the chest is kept, and maybe even have the cannibal island as places to travel and each area needs to have atleast five sections to walk through. If disney worlds were back to one visits then it should be based off of the seond and third movie making it a nice long visit. Or if they do two visits first visit is second movie and second visit is third movie. In my opinion for these visits to be truly enjoyable the storylines should only be loosely based off of the movies like how all the disney worlds were in the first game. There will be parts taking from the movies and put into the game but will have various twists to it since Sora, the heartless and everybody else is there. Like for instance Sora's keyblade being the key would be a great change in the story and everybody is fighting over it. Even have Sora and Elizabeth kiss instead of kissing jack (haha just kidding, that would not only twisit the story, but it would also freak it up). Well you get my point, just read some details from my previous post to find out how I would do port royal.

I'm not sure they would bring the PotC2 into the mix of Kingdom Hearts III. As indicated by Nomura in an earlier interview, he mentioned that the next Kingdom Hearts is neither a sequel nor an inbetween game. Which means it has to be a prequel. It wouldn't seem right if they brought PotC2 into a prequel game, right? Doesn't anyone else agree?

I do remember Nomura saying that the video with the knights is a flashback. You probably might fight in the past with someone else and the future with sora. I don't remember Nomura ever saying anything about making it a prequel. If you have proof of him saying this then I would really be convinced.

well i think he said that its neither the future nor past and the knight of the ending is supposed to be in kh2 fm in a scene

Well if it is indeed a prequel that means there will be no returning worlds at all. Maybe hollow bastion will return and it will show us how it went from radiant garden to the state we saw it in kingdom hearts 1. Could be interesting.

when'd he say that? and if it neither a sequal nor inbetween game, maybe he was talking about the remake of c.o.m... i can't imagine a prequel
