| 你幹嘛問? | Nobodies don't have emotions because they don't have hearts. Nobodies can pretend to have emotions by remembering their emotions when they still had a heart. I can't remember where I got that from. D= |

| Twilight Knight | Yeah, thats true, buts it weird that Axel said that when he was with Roxas, he felt like he had a heart. Meaning that he obviously felt some kind of emotions. |

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | We shouldnt concentrate on those three as our examples of emotions, Roxas and Namine were exceptions to the rule, and Axel by proxy. But none the less we have to look at the other members, Demyx being the top of my list (cause he stuck out so much, wussy boy) and the Larxene (sadism makes her happy in a scary way). as well as the others, alot of people say Saix, but i dont remember much of his "emotion"....next might have to be Xigbar...but im just guessing, its been awhile since of played. |

Rep Power: 2 ![]() | I have read this Wikipedia article quite a while back and I personally thought it plausible, very plausible, that is. We see nobodies showing emotions, even when there is no need to deceive anyone, we see them act irrationally even, which would make no sense for one without emotions. One without emotion would act purely upon a logical frame of thinking with a couple of set basic interests, like in the case of a nobody, to become complete again and uphold your own existence. However, concepts like honour, althrusim or enjoyment do require an emotional trigger, otherwise they simply do not make sense. And if they really would only remeber emotions, than it would merely be like Saix said, that they would know how to manipulate emotions and how to pretend to have them, but they would be meaningless to them nevertheless. Even Saix himself proved this wrong, for he actually showed genuine longing for a heart in his last moments. While you can be aiming for something purely from a rational point of view for its benefits and such, longing does require emotion. So, basically, why should they, the Organization, deceive themselves? My theory would be that they do actually have emotions, even though incomplete ones. Do you remember how Xaldin was obsessed with rage? How Xemnas only spoke of hatred, envy and anger? Perhaps, nobodies hold on to the emotions which where the strongest in their lifetime, perhaps their memory does play a vital part here, but are not able to feel the same way as complete beings with a heart? I found it always remarkable, how almost every organisation member seemed somehow awkward in his emotions. Larxene who drove Sora into a rage by pointless cruel remarks and taunts, how Demyx suddenly changed from whimsical into bein angry, how Xaldin overtly fuelled their rage... Especially this strengthened my believe, that they are like the wikipedia article said feeling incompleteness for not having a heart. Perhaps, even to themselves, their emotions may seem untrue, thus explaining the words of Axel and Saix and why the seem to mainly cling to one or two portrait emotions. And I also do think that Roxas and Xemnas might both be somehow an exception respectively- though possible in completely opposite ways. |

| Premium Member | alot of things they kay in KH 2 don't really make sense i mean sora told Xemnas he didn't exist, yet he's standing right there. it would make more sense if they meant he wasnt suppose to exist I seriously doubt nobodies don't have emotion, someone screwed up on the dialouge anyway i would prefer to believe the novel's interpretation |
