Did they ever actually decide on a story to follow from the other thread? I am guessing so since you are all talking about "beings of light"??? Personally, I'm not to fond of the whole idea. Those things are too creepy and odd looking. While the heartless are supposed to be creepy, they aren't actually creepy to look at... and they kinda look like a rip off :/ They look like some of the creatures from god of war (the second one) and a lot of works I have seen on DeviantArt. I like the idea of the series maturing, but i'm not so sure of some of these ideas haha. Maturing the game using themes, situations, and choices, etc. makes the series actually seem more mature than making these designs and trying to make the story "darker." The story doesn't need to be darker to evolve, but it wouldn't hurt it i guess.

If you've seen it all, you're bound to find similarities. Comparing my work to the entirety of DeviantArt is far too wide of a comparison to not find any similarities which is pretty redundant....and just slightly offensive, though i know you're not trying to be. Even so one's work always sits at the back of another's mind, so even if i'm not trying to do something similar it will always have a little inspiration from something whether i wanted it to or not. That aside, I don't know the whole situation on making the story darker, but the more dramatic KH became the more menacing the enemies became as well, not to mention that this is something of an independent story. I understand where you are coming from though, and i also appreciate the compliment

Again, sorry it wasn't supposed to be offensive XD I like this one! Again, I don't like the whole "Light monster" concept though. I can really see this as a heartless type enemy, but just that, a "Dark" creature. It is really cool. Idk about this being the main antagonist, but I can definitely see this as a boss. Great work!

I know we have a lot of character designs being posted on here, and a lot of them are great! However, I'm just wondering one thing: what story have we all agreed on? It seems like we're all just posting character designs without any single context. No offense, though.

Its 3 in the morning, I sketched out the lead girl I made up and mentioned earlier (well really just her head xD) and a small sketch of mickey. Sadly my scanner is broken so I was resorted to taking a picture of the sketches and uploading them :/

The face and hair is basically what I envisioned in the sketch, I was gonna draw her clothing, possible keyblade, and even sketch out a new KH logo xD but I just decided to do her hair the best I can and so-so on her face. Forgive the rest of her xD

Idk what I did with mickey, at first I just drew the ears, and then it turned into the back of his head and then he ended up wearing a trench coat like wizard jacket xD

I think they need to decide on whut story to choose so we can form the characters around the story yano so idk when they're deciding that.

Perfection. You're a brilliant artist. The criss-cross pattern underneath the sphere reminds me of Aqua somehow xD. Again, this is just epic.
