Potential mickey/Ven connection

Ok so last night i was playing through that epic battle in hollow bastion during kh2. i realized tht micked and ven kinda hold their keys the same way. and in the trailers Ven is always talking about the king. just wondering about this so tell me what you think

Mickey does summon his keyblade in a Ven-like way, but that was only once, and he doesn't fight like that, so I don't think there's any connection.

Mickey doesn't wield the Keyblade the same way as Ven.

And Ven talks always about Mickey in the trailer? I can only remember Ven mention Mickey once in one trailer, how's that always?

I did not notice Ven-mickey connection.
I dont think they share relative traits.

and stop posting pointless posts. This is a forum, and we discuss, which means not everything is limited to just theories.

As for the topic, if there's anything that suggests a Mickey-Ven connection, it's how the Kingdom Key (which seems to be based off of Ven's keyblade) has a Mickey keychain on it (same thing for IKK).

He talks about Mickey's star fragment.
Also Mickey steps in to help Ven after he is knocked down by Vanitas.

I only recall once time.

Ven: Is that Mickey’s star fragment?

He points out a star shaped object thats said to belong to Mickey in the TGS Trailier and I assume the OP almost meant when Mickey comes to Ven's aid when he is knocked down by Vanitias.

well I don't know about keyblade connection but do i think they know each other yeah. Ven is familiar with mickey's star fragment (Whatever that is?) and mickey is shown protecting ventus from vanitas.

There's no connection that we know of other than the fact that Mickey and Ven have met at some point.

We've seen Mickey fight, and have gotten the opportunity to play as him, so we know that incident at Radiant Garden was just a coincidence.
