Why is it that the kingdom hearts Xemnas supposedly created was in the BBS trailer when MX summoned it?

It wasn't. The KH in that trailer was blue, when the one that Xemnas created was yellow.

The one Xemnas absored = artifical

Actually, technically, we do. If you look at certain HG screenshots of the DTD, you can see a black-shaped heart beyond the door. Supposively the Kingdom Hearts of Worlds.

Yeah, I saw that too. Around the door Sora and co. shut, there is a black heart, and past the black heart is gray and cloudy.

You kidding me? Not only is there nothing that looks like a heart (they look more like mushroom-shaped pillars), but there is more than one. That wasn't Kingdom Hearts.

Plus, after Sora says "Kingdom Hearts is LIGHT!", I doubt they'd show Kingdom Hearts (without making a big deal about it or even saying, "Hey, that's Kingdom Hearts") as a black, shadowy heart amidst a bunch of darkness.
