Why Vanitas face is still covered!

Ok I think it a high possibilty that Vanitas is someone we already know or rather his face is now the most popular choices are:

1. Riku

2.Ven

3. Sora

Him looking like Riku seems the most probbable since he wears a similar dark suit like Riku, and his battle stance is also the same.

Him looking like Ven is less likley but still probable a reason due to name similarites.

Him looking like Sora would just be cool to me and just would pose a whole bunch of questions.

I doubt it's Riku, I'd have 2 be someone who is DEEPLY connected to him.
I believe the reason why they have the similar stance and characteristics would be cuz Riku may have inherited most characteristics from Vanitas somehow

answers to all your questions

1. just because he has the dark suit doesnt mean he will look like riku; then having similair battle styles also doesnt justify him looking like riku;

2. looking like ven would create wayy too much confusion; already roxas looks like ven, so having vanitas look like ven would only add more confusion to the story

3. looking like sora? wayyyyy out of the question.

Thats not possible, Square Enix has already released footage Terra watching Sora and Riku sword fighting with wooden swords and they're like 4 years old.

just because they have almost the same suit doesnt mean they are connected..ive ben thinking about this and i think ..that the suit just mean they gave in to darkness and the suit is just some sort of puppet type suit..i mean if you think about it riku gave into darkness and ansem(SoD) was controlling his body,,and vanitas has some sort of the same sotry..

He's already been seen as a young child. And why go back in time to work for Master Xehanort that would mess up the timeline and change everything.

Already been seen fighting Van so they can't be the same person exactly. Thought one could be a copy or something of the other thus creating two beings with seperate goals and motives.

Now even though i say wat i said, i still think that Riku and Vanitas will have some sort of connection, maybe towards the end of BBS, MX will see Riku and make some mysterious, cliff hanging comment about the future and Riku's turning to darkness in the future... just a guess.

It can't be those people but from the name it could be some kind of dark version of ventus like how roxas had a dark clone.

Well, wouldn't that point towards Vanitas having a likeness to Ven, somehow? This goes along with the theories that suggest Vanitas is Ventus's Unversed-- they'd be about the same person.

If this were true--that Ventus and Vanitas look very alike--perhaps that ties in to why Sora's Nobody looks like Ven (and, maybe Vanitas). Makes sense to me.

EDIT: Though, since Nomura knows much more than we do... perhaps that ties in to the connection between Xemnas and Roxas (and their respective somebodies and whatnot--whatever that connection was). Maybe Vanitas's real identity is somehow related to Xehanort--thus, the connection between Roxas/Sora/Ven and Xehanort/Vanitas would delve deeper.

Im not bashing, just bring up evidence that is guesses are incorrect, furthermore helping him make more accurate guesses. If i had to guess, i would say its some sort of dark reincarnation of Ven.

He didn't say it is them, he said what he think's Vanitas looks like.

Riku: No, because then Vanitas would look to much like Riku than what he already do

Ven: Not Ven, cause three people who looks exactly like each other? Don't think that
