Name connection?

Sora = Sky
Kairi= Ocean
Riku= Land

Ventus= Air
Aqua= Water
Terra= Earth

Does anybody else think, and even expect, to find out that there is some connection between Sora-Ventus, Kairi-Aqua, and Riku-Terra? It just seems too big to be a coincidence. Maybe Sora, Kairi, and Riku are incarnations or something from Ventus, Aqua, and Terra? 0_0

Not incarnations as Terra is seen seeing Sora and Riku playing on Destiny Islands. Links are still plausable.

Sora, Riku and Kairi were already alive before BbS, just as toddlers.

Anyway, Nomura said one of TAV weren't connected to SRK, so I'm guessing that will be Aqua since Kairi is just horrible and would make Aqua's character less cool if she was related to Kairi. Thankfully, she most likely isn't.

So true. Ven looks like Roxas anyway, so there's some connection with Sora. Terra was seen watching Sora and Riku on the islands at some point, and even though it isn't enough to merit a "connection", there's a theory that he was choosing Riku to be an apprentice. And Aqua doesn't look like Kairi, nor does she ever come into contact with her in any way, at least, from what we know.

But yes, Terra and Ven are the most likely to have connections. Final Mix does imply that Terra chose Riku, or something along those lines. Of course, only time will tell.
